Descripción de la oferta	HR Consulting specializes in implementing, managing and developing talent for organizations and individuals, searches PROJECT AND CONTRACT MANAGERS for an international general contractor, engaging in the engineering, design and construction of various types of industrial facilities for a broad spectrum of customers throughout the world, including many of the principal national oil companies and several multinational companies. Our client is the leader for engineering and construction in the energy sector in Spain and one of the leaders in Europe and in the world. Most of their business is concentrated on large turnkey industrial projects, although they also provide engineering, management, start-up and operating services for industrial plants. CONDITIONS Participation on major national and international projects (EPC turnkey projects). Multicultural and dynamic work environment. Flexible schedule (40 hours per week). Work place in the capital city of Madrid, with the possibility of assignment to national and international projects.
Características del candidato	The main job requirements are: 15 or more years experience (for Project Managers) and 7 or more years experience as Contract Manager in the side-role of the contractor (important requirement for both positions). Preferable experience in petrochemical complexes and / or refineries (indispensable in case of Project Manager as well as also experience in EPC turnkey projects and as Project downstream). Assessable experience in sector Oil&Gas (Gas, LNG, pipelines, subsea …) for Contracts Managers Willing to relocate to Spain. Availability to travel. High level in English. Intermediate Spanish Spoken and Written for Contract Managers.
