Thus, you will be occupied in a diverse, multicultural and enriching work environment , which will allow you to grow on a professional and personal level • Assigning and leading a multi-faceted project team to achieve all project milestones and objectives • Setting, monitoring and follow-up of processes, project phases and objectives • Controlling scope, timing, budget and overall quality • Managing the information flow and communication within the project team and with the customer • Presenting project results and conducting regular meetings with the customer and/or RLE management
Características del candidato	Your profile: • University degree level in engineering or business studies • Entrepreneurial acumen and capability to understand commercial issues as well as financial data, especially in the automotive industry • First project management and leadership experience (2 years preferred), preferably in the automotive industry • Conscientiousness, adaptability, resiliency and commitment • Excellent English negotiation skills are mandatory , German knowledge is desirable. • Convincing presentation skills and profound knowledge of MS Office Suite • First experience with project management systems (e . g. PMI) and willingness to adapt to customer-specific systems
Salario	42- 48.000 €
