Hola.

¿Sabe alguien de algún curso para aprender inglés de manera intesiva y que sea de fiar, buen precio, etc?, necesito conseguir el certificado de nivel B1.

Por otro lado si hay alguien que sepa o tenga la experiencia de haberse ido a Inglaterra o algún otro país para aprender el inglés y trabajando allí (en lo que sea), si me hace el favor que cuente la experiencia.

Me interesa saber qué vías hay para encontrar trabajo allí (de lo que sea mientras sea honrado y decente ), si las agencias que hay son fiables y efectivas, etc...

Mi nivel actualmente es A2 .

Las escuelas oficiales de idiomas suelen tener cursos intensivos.

Buenas correcaminos, no se si será rápido y económico para ti, pero en la UNIR tienen cursos de 4 meses y examen, te paso el enlace para que puedas echarle un vistazo, esta actualizado por lo que veo, yo en un futuro me gustaría hacerlo ya que ahora no tengo mucho tiempo. Suerte.

puede salirte un poco caro, pero si tienes ya cierto nivel del inglés algo que funciona bien, es:

1 contratar a un nativo/profesor de inglés...para darte clases particulares a ti solito. Y pasate toda la hora hablando.
2 irte unos meses allí, pero ya con cierto nivel. Cuando te vas sin nivel ninguno el aprendizaje se retrasa mucho.

Con las primeros conocimientos de inglés te será facil encontrar trabajo no cualifacado, pero que te permitirá sustentarte y seguir aprendiendo. En cuanto tengas ya un buen nivel...te será facil encontrar trabajo ya más cualificado, incluso con Google descubriras que hay empresarios españoles por allí y que estarán dispuestos a contratar a un españolito cualifado para trabajar allí..

Lo más dificil de esta decisión suele ser hacer las maletas y llegar hasta el avión. Una vez hecho esto...suele ser algo "llevadero".

Hola Ninja. Supongo que será según se lo monte cada cual, supongo que generalmente lo más fácil es gastarse las perricas. También sé que hay ciertas zonas turísticas como resorts de campos de golf, etc donde viven comunidades de anglosajones y que es posible hacer intercambio de idiomas con ellos de manera gratuita, algunos estudiantes lo hacen, algo que no descarto.

Yo también estoy interesado y he pensado en Inlingua que me sale algo menos de 150€ mensuales en grupos reducidos. En Internet hay opiniones para todos los gustos, desde gente que habla maravillas hasta otros a los que le ha ido muy mal.

The best way to learn english is to do it by yourself.

Play online games with english people, do some traveling to english-speaking countries and if that is not possible just watch english movies WITH english subtitles. Keep a dictionary at hand. Note down any word/vocabulary you don't understand.

Oh, and every time you're in the internet, like this one, go to http://translate.google.es and translate whatever you can't understand!

Learning english is more about small steps than huge lessons. Start now :)

Tradewind, I think you're right, best to learn english is to practice. I'm sure I will learn better with the help of a teacher, but more importantly is willingness to practice.

What online games do you recommend to learn English?

I use the virtual translator in a while, it works great, and helps me learn a little more.

Your english is waaay better than expected. If you were able to wrote your previous post all by yourself I'm guessing your reading comprehension / grammar is quite good and you mostly need speaking skills.

I'd recommend for example playing World of Warcraft in an english server. If you have the time, raiding requires a lot of communication and is an excellent way to improve.

As a matter of fact, however, a month "surviving" in an english speaking country would be better than anything. If you've got the chance I'd encourage you to try.

You can try also to read english books with devices such as Kindle. Most of them have an embedded (or downloadable, in any case) dictionary which allows you to scroll over words to for the translation / meaning to appear. Really good.

Last but not least if you live in a big city or close to one there are certain places where tourists gather more than anywhere, those are good places to have some beers while practicing. I can think of some bars in Barcelona, for example.
